How to hard reset:
Warning! All data will be lost!
1.Press together volume up + power button
2.Wait till Android logo appears and then release your fingers
3.Choose "English" and select with power button
4.Choose "wipe data/factory reset" with volume buttons and select with power button
5.Choose "yes" with volume buttons and select it with power button
6.Wait until format ends
7.Select "reboot"
8.Wait until the phone restarts
