Solved How to reset LG KS20 hard reset: Turn off the LG KS-20. Press and hold volume down, Call and power button.. 
 

1. Turn off the LG KS-20
2. Press and hold volume down, Call and power buttons, the LED will flashing.
3. Release the buttons. That LED will flash blue, red, green and power up.
